Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully before placing and order or using our website. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not order or use this site.
We understand that each order is unique. We handle your order in a personal way, as if it were our own. We would rather speak with you on the telephone, than have you "add to cart". In this way, we feel we can answer your questions and concerns, and help you choose what is appropriate for your occasion.

Delivery Information
We are available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm and on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. We recommend ordering early for holidays and specific items.
Our delivery fees are the most reasonable in the area. The minimum order for delivery is $75.00. A delivery charge is additional, and local sales tax applies to all products. We understand some orders require extra consideration, and charge accordingly. For our delivery area, please press here.
Same Day Delivery
If your order is placed by 12:00 noon EST, same-day delivery is generally available.
Funeral Delivery
You can trust Le Jardin Florist and Gifts to handle your funeral delivery with the up most care. It is not necessary to provide an address or the visitation hours for a funeral home. We work directly with area funeral directors to insure appropriate delivery time. Please
help us make your experience flawless by following our funeral delivery policies:
• For afternoon delivery Monday-Saturday, orders must be received with a 4-hour lead time (i.e. a 2PM funeral delivery needs to be received by 10AM).
• For morning delivery Tuesday-Saturday, orders must be received the day prior by 12PM EST.
• For Monday morning delivery, orders must be received before 10AM EST Saturday.
• For services held on Sunday, most deliveries will take place on Saturday afternoon. Orders must be received by 10AM EST on Saturday.
Time Deliveries
We would be happy to honor requests for specific time deliveries namely AM, PM or by a
specific time in the afternoon, such as by 4:00 PM., if the order is placed 24 hours in advance.
We will make every effort to meet your special delivery requests; however, in some cases, delivery may not
be possible by the requested time due to circumstances beyond our control. Also, in general,
we are unable to accommodate specific times during the two day period prior to and including
the major floral holidays: Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Sweetest Day, Thanksgiving
and Christmas.
Sunday and Holiday Deliveries
Delivery service is often not available in many areas on Sundays or legal holidays. So, while
every effort will be made to accommodate such deliveries when possible, items requested for
delivery on a Sunday or legal holiday may have to be delivered the day before or the day after
the date requested.
Specific Requests
Same-day delivery is commonly requested of us, and in the majority of situations we can
satisfy this request if the order is placed by 12:00 noon EST.
If you have other specific delivery requests or a very specific delivery time request then please
contact us at 561-627-8118. Although phone service is available 24 hours a day, it is best to
inquire about unusual delivery requests by calling between 9 AM and 4 PM EST.
Substitution
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers. Le Jardin Florist and Gifts will always attempt to fill the order as closely as possible; however if the container, flowers, or other items that comprise the order are unavailable then the order will be substituted with content equal to the original value of the order. When a customer allows substitutions, this means that the sender is allowing Le Jardin Florist and Gifts to use flowers they have available to work with while trying to keep the arrangement as similar as possible. This may mean that the recipient does not necessarily receive an arrangement identical to what is pictured though every effort is made to do so. In cases of specialty items, such as items in a ceramic container, a different container with similar value will be used.
Return and Refund Policy
"Le Jardin Florist and Gifts guarantees full satisfaction in our quality and service, or an equal exchange will be made." Our shop is known for fresh products and full value since 1986.
Le Jardin Florist and Gifts strives to provide the best customer service available. It is our belief that as a real flower shop, we understand and appreciate the shoppers concerns of the security and proper fulfillment of their orders. We have established this return/refund policy to provide our customers with a complete understanding of how replacement orders or refunds are processed:
1. If any customer claims an order was not delivered, we ask that we are given at least 24-48 hours to investigate and to determine what has occurred. In many cases, delivery was attempted but either the recipient was not home/office and/or no neighbors were available to accept the order. We reserve the right to attempt a redelivery if this occurs.
2. If it is determined that Le Jardin Florist and Gifts did not make the delivery attempt, it is our policy that we will provide you with a refund.
3. If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the arrangement, the recipient should contact Le Jardin Florist and Gifts immediately. In almost every case, Le Jardin Florist and Gifts will gladly replace the arrangement. To request a replacement, Le Jardin Florist and Gifts must be contacted within 24 hours of the delivery. Bear in mind that flowers are perishable. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow any care instructions provided by Le Jardin Florist and Gifts. No refunds or replacements will be made for any order, if the recipient or sender does not notify Le Jardin Florist and Gifts within 1 day of the original delivery date. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!
4. Le Jardin Florist and Gifts reserves the right to reject any order provided to us that we deem questionable or possibly fraudulent. When Le Jardin Florist and Gifts receives an order, we review the entire order and periodically compare the information provided to us with the bank of the person placing the order. If we determine that fraudulent information is provided we will send an email or phone call to the sender to inform them of the situation to determine if the information was provided in error.
5. Should any customer place an order through Le Jardin Florist and Gifts and then need to cancel the order, the cancellation must be made prior to the delivery of the order. If the cancellation is received after the order is delivered, no refund can be issued. Cancellations will not be accepted if a customer places an order but provides information that prevents direct delivery, such as in the case of a wrong office or home address. The customer can obtain new information so that the order can then be properly delivered using correct information.
6. Le Jardin Florist and Gifts is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. Le Jardin Florist and Gifts will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!
Privacy Policy
This privacy statement has been created in order to demonstrate our firm
commitment to protecting customer privacy.
Your privacy is very important to us. Le Jardin Florist and Gifts will not give or sell your information to any third-parties. We use return email and/or mail addresses only to answer to your requests/orders. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
A Special Note About Children
We do not knowingly solicit data from children, nor do we knowingly market to
children. We require that children under the age of 18 use this service only in
conjunction with their parents or guardians.
Our Use and Disclosure of Your Information
Le Jardin Florist and Gifts values its customers and respects their privacy. We collect
customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and
to communicate with you about our products, services, contests and promotions.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
With permission, we send emails to our users announcing special promotions,
changes in our services or other information we believe will be of interest to
our users.
If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters or if other
users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities on our
site, we may collect such information. We may use that information and other
information that we obtain from your use of our site to resolve disputes,
troubleshoot problems and enforce our agreement for terms of use.
We may share aggregate statistics about our sales, traffic patterns and related
site information with other businesses, but these statistics will include no
personality identifying information.
We cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personally
identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise
described in this Privacy Statement. For example, we may be required to
